Deliveries for in-store and online purchases are available, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm and occasionally at weekends too.
Please speak to a member of staff to arrange a delivery of an item purchased in-store. Often this can be fulfilled same day or next day.
DELIVERIES FOR FURNITURE, BBQ’S AND LARGE ITEMS PURCHASED ONLINE (LOCAL ONLY)
Orders are delivered directly by Bourne Valley Garden Centre.
LOCAL DELIVERY within 15km - Free for furniture and BBQs. £5 delivery charge for other items.
LOCAL DELIVERY within 25km - Free for furniture and BBQs. £10 delivery charge for other items.

WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?
If your item is in stock, we aim to be in contact within 2 working days to arrange delivery. Following this, we will then deliver within 5 working days.
Our trained delivery drivers will aim to position any furniture or BBQs in the room or location of your choice
- We will even take away the packaging, but please be aware we will NOT assemble your goods.
- All deliveries need to be signed for by someone over the age of eighteen, any damage to packaging needs to be noted on the delivery note
DELIVERY DIRECT FROM THE SUPPLIER
Some items are delivered directly from a supplier using their preferred delivery method – usually a courier, or occasionally their own delivery team. The supplier will contact you directly and will give you a delivery estimate accordingly.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Should you wish to cancel an order, please email email@example.com or call our customer services team on 01932 342 013 to arrange this. We do ask, if you have already been advised of a delivery date, that you contact us AT LEAST one working day prior. We reserve the right to charge you for collection of unwanted items. Collection costs will be based on your postcode and advised by customer services.
